Gentle Reminders

A few thoughtful notes to help everyone enjoy our celebration.

Adults-Only Celebration

We kindly request that our wedding be an adults-only occasion. We hope this allows everyone to relax and fully enjoy the celebration with us.

Unplugged Ceremony

We're having a mostly unplugged ceremony. Guests may take photos, but we kindly ask that it be kept minimal, especially for the bride's entrance. Please avoid blocking or crowding our official photographers so they can capture the special moments. We'd love for everyone to stay present and share the moment with us. Don't worry—professional photos will be shared with you after the event. Thank you for your understanding.

Strictly Formal

Kindly follow our suggested attire guidelines above. Please refrain from wearing white, ivory, champagne, and shades of red, as these colors are reserved for the bride and entourage.

Arrival

To ensure everything runs smoothly, please arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony starts. The program will begin at 1:00 PM, so we kindly ask everyone to arrive by 12:00 PM. This will give you time to find your seat, take in the beautiful setup, and be fully present for our special moment.

We're so excited to celebrate with you! For our family and friends traveling from overseas, we've put together a few tips to help make your trip to Manila as smooth as possible.

Arrival in Manila

If you're flying into the Philippines, you'll most likely arrive at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).

Before your flight, please complete the Philippines' eTravel registration, which is required for arriving passengers. You can do this online within the required timeframe before your arrival.

Getting Around

We recommend downloading Grab, Southeast Asia's equivalent of Uber, before your trip. It's the easiest and most reliable way to get around Manila, including airport transfers.

Once you've landed, connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data, and collected your luggage, simply book a Grab ride to:

All of these hotels offer convenient access to the reception venue and are located close to restaurants, cafés, shopping, and other attractions in BGC.

Helpful notes so you can simply arrive, celebrate, and enjoy this new chapter with us.

Our wedding will be held on January 14, 2027 (Thursday).

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 1:00 PM. We kindly ask guests to arrive by 12:00 PM to allow enough time for parking, walking to the ceremony area, and finding your seats so we can begin on time.

Our wedding ceremony and reception will be held at two different venues, both conveniently located within Metro Manila.

Ceremony

Our ceremony will take place at Santuario de San Antonio, one of Manila's most beautiful churches, located in the charming neighborhood of Forbes Park, Makati.

Reception

Following the ceremony, we invite you to celebrate with us at Shangri-La The Fort, Manila, located in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig. Cocktails, dinner, and dancing will all take place here, and we can't wait to celebrate the evening together with all of you.

The drive between the church and the hotel typically takes around 15–30 minutes, depending on traffic.

Please RSVP using the guest list on this invitation: search for your name and confirm your attendance. Please respond by November 27, 2026. If you have questions, please contact our coordinator Imbitado Events at ​+63 926 058 5954.

Yes, please. We will be needing your formal RSVP to consolidate guest details and finalize the headcount for catering and seating purposes.

Please don't. It took us a lot of effort and discussion to finish the seating arrangement, which is planned for everyone's convenience and preference.

As much as we would love to accommodate all our friends and family, we have a limited number of guests. Please understand that this event is strictly by invitation only.

As much as we each adore your little ones, we cannot include children at our ceremony and reception, other than those that are part of the entourage, due to constraints on our venue's capacity. We are looking forward to celebrating a Parents' "Night Out" with you!

Please check with us first as we have a strict guest list. If seats become available, we will let you know as soon as possible. Please do not attend unannounced, as we may not have any available seats for you.

We would love to have you at our wedding, but we understand that there are circumstances beyond our control. However, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reallocate your seat/s.

Yes, parking is available at the venue, and parking attendants, along with our coordinators, will assist you on the day.

STRICTLY FORMAL. We kindly request our guests to dress in attire following our wedding palette. You can find outfit inspiration and palette details in the Event Details section above.

EYES UP, PHONES DOWN, HEARTS OPEN. The greatest gift you can give us during our ceremony is your presence. We respectfully request that guests refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony so our official photographers can capture every moment without distraction. We promise to share the beautiful photos with you afterward! Our professional photographers will be capturing every beautiful memory, and we promise to share the photos with everyone afterwards.

Yes! While our I DO's will be unplugged, our reception will not be. As a couple who loves photos and memories, we would love for you to capture the fun moments throughout the evening. We prepared this celebration wholeheartedly and we want everyone to enjoy it fully.

It took us some time to plan for a heartfelt wedding that everyone would hopefully enjoy. We humbly request that you celebrate with us until the program ends. Let's laugh, take pictures, sing, and have fun!

Please let us know about any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP. We want to ensure everyone can enjoy the celebration comfortably.
